We’ve Been Associating!

February 13, 2024 | Trucking and Transportation

By Evan Saathoff

So far, we’ve spent a good chunk of 2024 out and about meeting industry colleagues and generally seeing how things have been going lately. It’s hard to get a nuanced feel for these things from behind a computer, and we consider traveling, reaching out, and networking an essential part of our business.

To that end, we’ve made some great connections in the first six weeks of the year alone!

National Private Truck Council (https://www.nptc.org)

This is the national trade association dedicated exclusively to representing private motor carrier fleets. It represents a large swath of American manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and public service organizations.

We’re extremely proud to align ourselves with such a respected and influential organization and look forward to forging stronger bonds with the talented professionals and companies they represent. As an allied member of the association, we are excited to participate in the council’s meetings and events throughout the year. Above all, we hope to contribute to the overall growth of the trucking community.

Georgia Motor Trucking Association (https://www.gmta.org)

Serving as Georgia’s voice of the trucking industry, the GMTA has been protecting industry interests for over 80 years. It is the only organization in the state that provides full-time service and representation for the industry. Some of its legislative wins include permanent trailer tags, tax exemptions, protection from shipper negligence, and anti-theft protection.

By joining forces with the GMTA, we strengthen our commitment to the trucking community overall. Our partnership opens deeper connections and collaborations with professionals and companies throughout the industry. We eagerly anticipate engaging with the GMTA’s events and meetings, and look forward to the invaluable opportunities they’ll provide.

Tennessee Trucking Association (https://tntrucking.org)

The TTA is an independent, non-profit trade association that represents over 400 trucking companies and industry vendors. It exists to encourage healthy growth of the trucking industry throughout the state of Tennessee.

Through this partnership, we’re making a significant step forward toward our commitment to fostering connections within the trucking industry. We can’t wait to engage with their dynamic community through various meetings and events planned across the year.
